We accept exchanges within 2 weeks of purchase. Customer is responsible for covering the shipping cost back to Lanile Apparel. You can exchange your items once per order.

Customs charges
If any customs charges incur, they will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Lanile Apparel.

Lost packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once tracking number of the shipment is provided it is customer's responsibility to reach out to the shipping provider.
